What’s Included in “Unlimited Support”?
Our “unlimited support” offering, included in our Business and Strategic MSP plans, is designed to provide complete peace of mind and maximum productivity for your teams. Here’s what it includes in practice:
- Comprehensive User Support: Your employees can contact us as often as needed for any IT issue, whether by phone, email, or through our client portal. This covers software issues, hardware failures, and more.
- Proactive Incident Resolution: This includes not only resolving the issues you report, but also those we detect through our 24/7 monitoring — often before they impact your work.
- Management of Routine Tasks: Employee onboarding and offboarding, as well as access and permissions management, are included.
- What’s Not Included: Unlimited support covers day-to-day operations. Major projects (e.g., full server migration, deployment of a new ERP system, office relocation) are not included and are handled through separate project proposals. We always clarify this distinction transparently in our service agreements.
Do You Manage Microsoft 365?
Yes. We have extensive expertise in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and provide complete management services, including:
- Account & Licence Management: We handle the creation, modification, and removal of user accounts, while optimizing licences so you only pay for what you actually need.
- Advanced Security: We go beyond basic setup by implementing advanced security policies such as multi-factor authentication (MFA), anti-phishing protection (ATP), email encryption, and data loss prevention (DLP) policies.
- User Support: We provide full support for all Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
- Complete Backup Coverage: It’s important to understand that Microsoft does not provide full backup protection for your data. We fill this gap by backing up your entire Microsoft 365 environment (emails, files, etc.) to a secure, independent location.
How Do Backups Work?
Our managed backup service is much more than a simple copy of your data. It’s a complete business continuity solution.
- 3-2-1 Strategy: We follow the industry best practice: at least three copies of your data, on two different types of media, with one copy stored off-site in a secure Canadian data centre.
- Complete Coverage: We configure and monitor backups for your servers, workstations, and critical cloud data, including your Microsoft 365 environment (emails, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams) and Google Workspace.
- Monitoring & Testing: We don’t just configure backups — we monitor them daily to ensure they are running properly. We also perform regular recovery tests (included in certain plans) to guarantee your data can be restored when needed.
- Custom Retention Policies: We work with you to define retention policies that meet both your operational needs and your legal and regulatory obligations.
With our service, a backup is not just a copy — it’s a recovery guarantee.
